My husband and I made a good discovery a few months back. We put 1/2 can of coconut milk in our smoothies. Our favorite recipe is soy milk (you could use whatever milk you like), 1/2 can coconut milk and frozen Tropical Fruit blend from Whole foods. It has banana, pineapple, mango, etc. Tastes like a Pina Colada! Soooo good! We even use it in mixed berry smoothies, peach smoothies, etc. It makes the smoothie very filling and tastes great. Coconut oil is apparently very good for you.
