Every morning I grind fresh flax seeds (you can get them in bulk from Whole Foods, etc.) in a cofee grinder and put it in a smoothie or with soy milk. It is a great source of fiber and also is a great source of Omega 3 oils. Apparently flax oil goes rancid extremely quickly, so it’s good to freshly grind the flax this way. This is great to eat when you’re pregnant so you get your essential fatty acids.
