I didn’t get any stretch marks with my baby, and she was quite large (9.5 lbs!). I thought I’d share a few things that may have contributed to this. 1. I drank tons of water through my pregnancy, which I’m told is important in preventing stretch marks. 2. I ate lots of flax (see entry below about ground flax) and other Omega oils, 3. I religously applied cocoa butter and my home-made oil (see previous entry below) onto my tummy. I put the oil on at night and before showering (so the it could soak in w/the steam and heat) and then I used regular body butters in the day (my favorite was from the Body Shop).
