good food for gluten intolerant moms with morning sickness

When I was pregnant I had pretty bad morning sickness. I was at a loss on what to eat because not only could I not eat wheat and oat products, all grains other than potatoes and rice were giving me headaches. I didn’t know what to eat that was gluten free and would absorb the acid in my stomach. I oddly enough found instant mashed potatoes to be the thing. I had them every morning when I woke up. These and rice cakes were very good at settling my stomach.
